I used to love the old Disney
cartoon "Legend of Sleepy Hollow" and that was the inspiration
behind this illustration. The scene where the Headless Horseman
finally appears on his black steed is something you never forget! Poor
Ichabod.... This is another illustration for Marvel's licensing
division and the other two common market images I've completed have also
become comic book covers. So, we will see what happens with this
painting of Johnny Blaze-- I think it would make a cool cover. |
