• Emma Frost 18...the last cover  Sadly, this is the last issue of Emma Frost.  Not necessarily "cancelled" as I believed from the beginning that this story would have to end... after all, it was an origin book, and origins don't go on forever.  Anyway, I was happy to end this title much in the way I closed out on the last cover of Elektra:  with a hint of things to come.   In this storyline,  poor Emma has been through the emotional wringer!  An outcast from her family, her forbidden love uncovered, and just when she comes of age, some other chick steals her prince charming!   I figure she's gotta be pissed off and fired up!!  I gotta believe she's ready to become eeeeeevil... So here I have her brooding in front of a store with a very familiar article of clothing.  Yes!  She will become the White Queen!  And rule the world!!!!!  well, not really.
